We got this…

News of the extended lockdown has brought about a change in plans for our July socials.

As you may have read last week, we’ve shifted the planned Petersham catch up - originally scheduled for this weekend but now taking place on Sunday 25 July.

The Archibald Prize Tour event, set for Wednesday 21 July, is to go ahead as planned. Likewise, the gathering in Newport, penned for Saturday 24 July, will continue as normal.

Of course, all of our intentions are subject to change. However, if you would like to join us in the Inner West, the city or the Northern Beaches, click here.

Staying in, the new going out

With week three of lockdown underway, we bring you another trio of online offerings.

Starting this Wednesday (14/7), we invite you to introduce your furry friends to the group at our pet-a-rama. One day later and we’ll be hosting our Thursday night general knowledge quiz, while we round out the week with Friday's online disco.

To join us on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday load up the links below to register:

Wednesday 14/7

Thursday 15/7

Friday 16/7

Restrictions won’t stop us

Despite the ongoing lockdown we’ve managed to facilitate another volunteer training session and pair up more buddies.

Firstly, we’re excited to welcome our latest match, Mikey and Josh (above, L - R), to the family. We look forward to catching up with them both at a later date.

Three we made earlier

We also want to introduce Ben (top left), Chelsea (right) and Eloise (bottom left) - our newest trained volunteers.

Thanks for logging on last Tuesday. We look forward to introducing you to your respective buddies in due course.

Try touch footy

And finally, our friends from the Bears Touch Footy Club are looking for new recruits.

Building on the success of their first All Abilities program, they’re looking to enter a team in the Inclusion Division of the NSW Touch Vawdon Cup.

No prior football experience is necessary. If you’d like to get fit, meet new people and play some touch footy, contact the team at Norths Touch Football (contact details in the flyer above).

Matthew, Carol, Tony, Bec and Chelsea
