Our Sydney festive party plans are locked in.
To all buddies, come along to Newtown Hotel on the evening of Wednesday 2 December.
Expect a night of festive cheer and plenty of party classics. Whether you’re based in Sydney or on the Central Coast, we invite you to join us for our final shindig of the year.

Thanks to our recent fundraising efforts, we’re in a position to considerably reduce ticket costs to our festive party.
Entry to this year’s Christmas gathering is the lowest we’ve ever charged for one of our major get togethers - just $7!
Details on the night’s entertainment and food options will be shared in due course. However, attendees can expect our usual door prizes, plus one or two other surprises.

And we’re also excited to reveal full details of our Central Coast Christmas catch up.
Taking place on Saturday 5 December, we invite buddies to join us for lunch at Avoca’s Saltwater Bar & Bistro.
Expect an afternoon of good people meeting up for food and drink. Whether you’re based in Sydney or on the Coast, come join us for our final Coastie offering for 2026.

Then there were three
Of the dozen socials we planned for the month of September, only three remain - all of which take place this week.
Firstly, on Thursday we invite buddies to join us at Bella Vista for the Echoes Light and Sound Show.
The following day we head to the upper north shore, stopping by Waitara for another of our 35+ gatherings.
And we conclude our September outings on Saturday with a trip to CronullaFest.

Out and about in October
And tickets to our October offerings are starting to shift.
Next month you will find us in Randwick, Wahroonga, Eastwood, Auburn, Kirribilli, Hornsby, Summer Hill, Terrigal, Erskineville and Campbelltown as we catch up for movies, a concert, a festival, brunch, Luna Park, board games, takeaways, an inclusive rave and a ghost parade.
November nights out
Last week we announced our November intentions - both in person and online.
Beginning with our face-to-face offerings, in November we’ll be catching up with buddies in Cammeray, Kingsford, Liverpool, Tuggerah, Concord and Ashfield.
We invite buddies to join us for the final month of spring as we catch up for sushi, live music, dinner, board games, arcades, musical bingo and karaoke.

We got to connect
And, as revealed in last week’s newsletter, we’re bringing back our online offerings.
Relaunching in November, the plan is to host two online socials per month - taking place on select Monday nights between 7 - 8pm.
To kick things off, Carol will be live from London - taking buddies on an virtual tour of The Bayeux Tapestry.
Having gone on public display in the UK for the first time since it was created nearly 1,000 years ago, The Bayeux Tapestry tells the story of the Norman conquest of England and the Battle of Hastings in 1066.
Join us for a virtual exploration of one of the world’s most famous historical objects.
Then later in the month, for those of you who couldn't join us at our recent trivia fundraiser, we invite buddies to join us online for a rerun of the fun.
And for those who came along to our trivia night in Surry Hills, you're welcome to relive the night as if it was new!

We’ve been busy prepping another duo of volunteers.

And finally, from next Monday until 19 October, Chelsea will be taking over newsletter duties.
During that timeframe she will share information on our December outings, along with details on the entertainment for our festive party.
