Gig Buddying on a school night

With the next Gig Buddies Sydney social gathering earmarked for our first birthday in February, we're more than keen to do something between drinks. Fortunately, we needn’t look too far.

Taking advantage of the Sydney Festival, we will be Hyde Park bound on Wednesday 13 January, hitting up the Magic Mirrors Spiegeltent to check out the sounds of New Zealand’s indie-pop outfit The Chills.

Ten of us including team members, gig buddies and volunteers have purchased tickets for the show. Starting at 730pm and running for 75 minutes, afterwards we’ll be taking in the sights and sounds of the adjacent Festival Village.

Whether you would like to come to the gig with us or catch up over a drink and a bite to eat afterwards, get in touch and let us know. Tickets to The Chills are available via the Festival website, and next week we’ll reveal similar plans for the Parramatta leg of the Sydney Festival.
