With the end of the financial year almost upon us so why not make a tax deductible donation to Gig Buddies Sydney?
Have we mentioned that any donation over $2 can be reclaimed from July 1st? That’s less than one week away and hopefully a tempting reason to temporarily part with your hard earned via our PayPal page.*
But what do I get for my donation?
Simply put, all money raised will go towards volunteer training, the facilitation of the initial meet-and-greet between matched buddies, or costs associated with processing the required police checks.
So far in 2018 we have readied 19 volunteers (all pictured above, and we've one more training session planned before the end of the financial year), ensuring we’re better equiped to deliver on our mission statement of “promoting social inclusion and enabling people with disability to become actively involved with Sydney’s live music and events scene”.
Continuing to build on these numbers and getting more gig buddies out to live events is what we’re all about.
