Tickets, get your tickets… Sunday’s almost here

We’re only four days out from our next Gig Buddies Sydney social, the NRL clash between Cronulla Sharks and Brisbane Broncos, and earlier today gig buddies Scott, Carmello and Daniel (pictured below with Sharks head coach Shane Flanagan) headed to Cronulla to collect the match day tickets.

While at Shark Park the three had front row seats to a training session, posed for photos with some of the players and staff (see our full gallery here) and bagged a load of autographs.

We have been allocated 60 seats for the match and we’ve limited room left on our guestlist. If you would like to watch some footy with us this Sunday, get in touch: email us at info@gigbuddiessydney.org or call us at the office on 02 9419 6951

As for the day itself, we will be arriving at Shark Park for 2pm, giving us time to grab a bite to eat in the Sharkies League Club along with watching the Holden Cup match between the sides. The main event, which will be going out live on Channel Nine, starts at 4pm and afterwards we’ll be returning to the clubhouse to check out the live music courtesy of Steve Hart & The All Stars. Tickets for the game are $17.50 each and can be paid for on the day.

For those wanting to travel with us, we are meeting outside the Eddie Avenue entrance to Central Station at 12.15pm. Our train departs platform 23 at 12.39pm, arriving at Woolooware Station at 1.39pm. For those getting the train from elsewhere we will meet outside Woolooware Station at 1.45pm and then walk to Shark Park, arriving at approximately 2pm.
