AS ANOTHER tax year comes to an end, we want to pay homage to those who have financially contributed towards our ongoing mission.
Your invaluable donations help us in our quest to tackle social isolation and bring back the night for Sydney’s disability community.
We’re (temporarily) done with the begging and stealing isn’t our thing, but borrowing is - and also lucky and ever so thankful to have a wealth of resources at our disposal.
As part of the volunteer application, we ask: Is there anything else that you would like to do to help the project?
As if giving up approximately ten hours a month isn’t enough, we’re blessed to have so many helpful hands who want to make an additional difference.
With volunteer skill sets’ and connections covering marketing and promotion, I.T, social media expertise, volunteer training, filming and photography, liaising with schools and networking with Sydney based bands and city venues, we’re certainly rich with resources.
We’re now starting to dip into our ‘volunteer talent pool’, calling on the help of the I.T and filming gurus. As time rolls on and Gig Buddies Sydney continues to grow, we will no doubt call upon the assistance of others who want to go that extra mile.
We are indebted to our volunteers, supporters and donors and this is our small way of saying thank you for giving up your time, providing us with expertise and supporting us financially.
